Electronic Surveys
Internet surveys: In general, electronic (online) surveys are the fastest and least expensive method of surveying large groups of people. Once a survey is properly programmed and tested, 100,000 people may be surveyed for the same cost as 1,000. The use of internet surveys is definitely the wave of the future. However, internet surveys are not appropriate for all problems. While the majority of those in America's heartland now have internet access, there are some groups of people who do not go online at either home or work. Depending upon your unique research problem, an internet survey may or may not be appropriate for you.
If you do not already have an appropriate email list of people that should be surveyed, Heartland can help you develop such a list as part of the electronic survey process.
